T Die Extrusion Line
PACE provides extrusion lines for casting film, plastic sheet and extrusion coating lines. Co-developing with our clients and OEM suppliers’ has always been our management concept. We offer quality extrusion lines, which are used for PET sheets, PP/PS sucking sheets, PP/PE stationery sheet, PVC plate, PC optical sheet, ABS/PS refrigerator, washing machine board, PC/PMMA plate, PP/PVC chemical plate, PVC decoration plate, PVC foam plate, PC/PP hollow profile plate, floor carpet, PVC/PE water drainage sheets, wood plastic plate, CPP/CPE casting film, etc.
We also supply all kinds of upgrades, such as Automatic T die, three roll calendar, extruder, mirror roll, embossed roll and screw & barrel.
Cast Film
Cast film is usually made in a thickness range of 20 to 200 microns, and is used in applications that require superior optical properties such as gloss, transparency, surface smoothness, planarity and good tear resistance. Cast film is produced predominantly using polypropylene (PP), either in monofilm applications or with other materials, to combine a wide range of properties (e.g., barrier). Low density polyethylene (LDPE) and linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) with PA, EVOH are also used in applications that require clarity, barrier properties, toughness and flexibility.
Cast film can be plain or embossed, colored or clear for office supplies (e.g. folders), and is used in decorative protection film and in semi-rigid packaging (e.g., folded boxes for office and household storage).
Customers can choose from a wide variety cast film applications:
- Food packaging (baked goods, candy wrap, cheese and meat)
- Non-food packaging (dry goods, shirts, decorative)
- Embossed/matted products (diapers, stationery, aprons, gloves, table cloths, curtains)
- Industrial film (wood coating, automotive)
- Laminating / converter grade film
Sheet (Thermoforming)
Thanks to the wide scope of possible applications, thermoforming sheets made of high-quality raw materials such as polystyrene, polypropylene or polyester have become an integral part of everyday life. Due to it’s thickness and width, industrial sheet requires highly specialized equipment. Thick sheet is much more difficult to cool than thinner sheet. Slow heat diffusion through the sheet limits the cooling rate. To avoid sheet distortion from differential shrinkage of the colder surface layers and the hotter inner layers cooling must also be done gradually. To achieve this, large diameter heated rolls may be used, after initial surface cooling, long cooling conveyors are needed to produce flat sheet. We can provide a number of solutions which will further accelerate cooling.
Extrusion Coating and Air Bubble
As for the extrusion coating machine, we have designs for laminating various substrates, such as PET, CPP, OPP, aluminum foil, etc. To meet the customers’ specific needs in hardness, toughness and strength, we implement strict quality control.
