Monolayer and Multi Layer Lines

Starting with a simple machine dedicated to the t-shirt bag to multi-layer blown film lines for food packaging. PACE has the technology experience and background to understand our client’s requirements. With our knowledge of flexible packaging processes, materials and applications we can provide the right product to our client for their markets.

Our multi-layer co-extruder line comes standard with AC vector motors, with inverter drives, automatic tension control by load cells, fully motorized bubble cage, horizontal 360 degrees oscillating tower, web guide device and fully automatic sheeting winder (also called double winder). The machine is also available with a CE approved package for electronics and motors with optional PLC central control.

Upgrades

PACE also offers a series of equipment in order to upgrade your existing equipment;
