Centre Impression
The CI units have proven to be a versatile flexo printing press, with a high degree of precision engineering to produce excellent printing quality and register holding, this gives our clients an advantage over competitors. Working with OEM companies, PACE will provide a unit with low maintenance cost and less down time resulting in increased profits.
PACE can provide two models, one with conventional print cylinders or a quick change over sleeve system on anilox and print cylinders. There is the option for motorized printing decks and automated horizontal sequential throw-off reducing the need for plate cleaning is a standard feature.
Standard feature
- Dual wall type central impression drum, chrome plated with accurate grind, equipped with a water or air cooling circulation system.
- High precision doctor blade chamber system with ceramic anilox roller, suitable for printing superfine quality. Automatic ink circulation and quick washing system for optional equipment to short ink exchange and cleaning cycle.
- Pre-register for forward and backward printing registration..
- PLC memory module type (300 sets) servomotor auto position control system for impression adjustment.
- Turret type non-stop auto changing system for optional equipment to save material change time.
- Single chip advanced printing video inspection system (“Sony” or “E+L” brand) with full color LCD monitor for register setting.
- Line speed controlled by harmony synchronous driving system with high accurate auto tension control system.
- Perfect drying loop design with exhaust system.
- Electronic type auto edge position control (EPC) on unwind unit.
- Fast change-over sleeve type printing roller for optional equipment to quick printing job exchange.
Stack Flexo
Stack printing machines can stand alone or be put in-line with any kind of converting equipment such as coater, extruder, bag making machine, sheeter etc.
This unit has its own dancer roller assembly with position detection for automatic speed synchronization. The machine is driven by AC vector motor with vector drive.
